About The Hartford Print Workshop:
Since its inception in 1978, the Hartford Print Workshop has been an innovative educational program in which students can observe a major visual artist creating a printed work of art, often with a master printer. The Hartford Print Workshop has hosted artists including James Rosenquist, Ed Ruscha, Sylvia Plimack Mangold, Susan Rothenberg, Helen Frankenthaler, Barbara Tetenbaum, and many others. The Hartford Print Workshop has been funded through the generosity of the Hartford Art School Endowment, Inc. since 1984.
